Step 2 — Intro call
If we’re a good fit, our staff will reach out to schedule a brief introductory call. We’ll answer questions and outline next steps.
Step 3 — Your first visit
We’ll review your history, current symptoms, prior labs, and goals — then build a plan aimed at root causes.
What to prepare
- Medical records and labs from the past 12 months
- A list of medications, vitamins, supplements, and herbs
- A short timeline of symptoms and major health events

Common questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are a fee-for-service practice. We can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer, but payment is due at the time of service.
How quickly will I hear back?
If we’re a good fit, our team responds within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
What if I need to cancel?
We require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
