Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled visit fee.
Payment at Booking
Payment for a new patient appointment is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment time and ensures we can dedicate the full visit to you.
Fee-for-Service
We are a fee-for-service practice. We do not bill insurance directly but can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.
